Founder & Managing Partner
Moulay Abdeslam Belhaj is the Founder and Managing Partner of BELHAJ ADVISORY BANK, bringing over 60 years of distinguished perspective in business leadership, institutional relations, and wealth preservation. His role is central to the firm’s governance, providing the ethical oversight and long-term vision necessary for sustainable growth.
Prior to establishing BELHAJ ADVISORY BANK, Moulay Abdeslam built a legacy of trust and integrity within the Moroccan economic landscape. A respected figure in the community, he has spent decades cultivating high-level relationships and advising on family estate management. He serves as the firm’s bridge to traditional values, reassuring partners through his unwavering commitment to discretion and stability.
Moulay Abdeslam acts as the guardian of the bank’s heritage. He presides over the strategic committee, ensuring that every modern financial solution deployed by the firm remains anchored in the principles of honor and prudence that define the Belhaj name.
CEO Senior Partner, Deal Structuring
Responsible for the overall strategic direction and governance of the firm. He oversees relationships with key account clients, drives high-level business development, and serves as the primary representative figure for the company. He makes final decisions on major strategic initiatives.
Investor Relations
Acts as the key interface between the company and the financial community (shareholders, analysts, and media). He is responsible for financial communication, preparing annual reports and earnings presentations, ensuring a clear and compelling image of the company's strategy and performance is conveyed.
Financial Analysis
Responsible for in-depth analysis of financial data and market trends to guide investment decisions. She manages a client or project portfolio, develops forecasting models, evaluates profitability, and proposes financial optimization strategies.
Strategic Advisor
Provides high-level expertise and long-term vision to senior leadership. Leveraging his extensive experience, he acts as a radar to anticipate market trends, identify external growth opportunities, and advise on major strategic pivots.
Legal and Tax Consultant
Leads the legal department and advises executive leadership on risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. She oversees complex matters (such as M&A and major litigation) and ensures the legal soundness of the organization's activities.
Operation Turnarounds
